      Avantages

      The job was interesting and paid very well - Maxim (later Analog Devices) skimped on everything but pay. Good small-cleanroom environment.

      Inconvénients

      They hired me for the stated wage, then two years later fired me and several others and are now are hiring for those vacant positions with a 20-25% pay cut.

      Avantages

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Inconvénients

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
