      The following are the pros: - Stable company - Extra-curriculars are present and encouraged (joined Toastmasters during my time) - Engineers are mostly smart - Work and life balance

      The following are the cons: - Lower salary compared to competition - New hire training needs improvement - Work does not feel purposeful enough (may be subjective) - Too many meetings; quite often, they interrupt the work

      Avantages

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Inconvénients

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
