      Avantages

      Was able to move my way up the ladder. I had 6-7 promotions while I was there. Most co-workers were awesome. Got to travel and made "employee of the year" once.

      Inconvénients

      As soon as you work you're way up, you are most-likely on the lay off list. It may take awhile, but they will get you. You are replaced with contractors. Managers are concerned with the almighty dollar and not the years of work an employee put in!!

      Avantages

      Incredible team of coworkers that are a joy to collaborate with. International growth and outlook is exciting! There is tons of opportunity to affect positive change and impact the business!

      Inconvénients

      Not a con, but a side effect of growth - change and adjustments require employees to be agile minded.

      Avantages

      Several teams for different projects in different fields.

      Inconvénients

      Lacks the maturity for growth. Transparency about workload was met with humiliation in front of team. Lot of top heavy bloat at the upper management.
