During my tenure at Andersen, I found satisfaction during the period of complete remote work. However, the transition to a Return to Office (RTO) model marked a downturn in my experience, with three days spent in a lackluster office environment devoid of nearby amenities.
For those comfortable with a hybrid arrangement, Andersen offers commendable training prospects. Moreover, they provide ample room for personal and professional growth within designated roles.
Inconvénients
Word on the grapevine suggests that there are revisions underway for their PTO policy, Purportedly geared more towards the benefit of Andersen rather than individual employees.
Reports indicate meager salary increases and even delays in their disbursement.
