Great for college students looking to gain experience

Not a traditional company. Wife and husband owned so the day to day operations are not traditional. Micromanaged. No formal training, mostly just given tasks and figure it out. Outdated practices. Management tells you they don't offer health insurance but then told that they do by the other.
