      Avantages

      Unless you work in a different department.. The sales team is treated as modern slavery.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic targets and expectation. They say it's hybrid working but you have to hit target 10/12 months to achieve that. Even though, they choose what day you work from home. Every other department can choose when they come in but the sales team is micro managed. They dislike if you have doctors/personal appointments during working hours.

      Avantages

      You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

      Inconvénients

      You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

      Avantages

      A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
