      Consistent, predictable work and a team that helps each other out. It's been a touch stretch lately, but people step up and keep things moving to meet immediate deadlines. The new leadership team has been visible and listening.

      Internal systems could be updated in a few areas.

      Still quite new to the company and feeling unsettled but I like the 7.5-hour workday. The executives who have visited us have all been very supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Internal meetings sometimes run longer than necessary.
