Avantages
The guys you work with , including OIMs, Supervisors and tTechnicians, are all top drawer. Knowledgeable and helpful. Also a lot of good humour too which helps the two weeks go in quicker. Financial package is average - not so great if you are younger or have been an apprentice or designate with the company. Those guys are really underpaid and pretty disheartened

The support and communications from onshore, particularly onshore management, is all over the place. Communications of changes to work processes and practises are particularly poorly rolled out.
