I am completely unsatisfied with the management. There have been no proper knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for any of the projects, and there is a lack of innovative thinking. The washroom management is also improper. All projects are incomplete due to the lack of senior resources, especially the BVD project, where I am facing a lack of a project manager. ACC wants a single developer to handle a project, and if the developer fails, they will be sent a warning email. There is also a lack of adherence to best coding practices, as developers are writing 20,000 lines of code in a single class without any breaks. This is a very poor situation. In the Java department, all projects are in bad condition, except for Nippon India.
