      Avantages

      opportunity to grow in your job if you are willing to self train. Small company with family feel. Good opportunities for entry level engineers, chemists, and administrators.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no formal training. Low pay, little or no growth potential for low skilled workers, work hours can be long. Employees do not feel appreciated. Too much time spend running around for signitures.

      Avantages

      The assigned project was interesting and I was given the freedom to choose how I tackled reaching the goal. People were friendly and helpful the whole time.

      Inconvénients

      At times the hands-off approach for my internship left me with nothing to do for hours as my experiments ran.

      Coworkers were nice to work with. We all helped each other to provide good service to our customers.

      Inconvénients

      Did not get yearly raises. Company closed unexpectedly.
