Avantages
- Good pay - OK benefits - Open to change
Inconvénients
- The company conducted redundancies earlier this year and it was dealt with terribly. The company was not struggling financially, but that was the reason given as to why redundancies were being done. - The redundancy announcement coincided with them sending out Applied t-shirts with the word "Indispensable" on them. Bad timing, but an insincere apology was issued over a month later. Essentially, a gap between reality and what the upper management thought was ok/acceptable behaviour. - During the redundancy period, the leadership team went on a trip, as well as the sales people. Many people found this to be bad taste. - The roles that were made redundant were only in the development department, as a software company this doesn't make much sense. Many think that most of the work will eventually go back to the USA. - The leadership team is very separate to the rest of the workers. Many people on the mid-level are not keen on the UK CEO.
