Avantages
I can assure you all the glowing reviews are by the same person who just keeps posting reviews and changing their statements. In most jobs if you are a "manager" you are allowed to make decisions, but not here. All the managers are scared to make decision for fear they will be yelled at and talked down to for not making a decision that the owner would have made. Emails are monitored daily and you get yelled at by the owner. He usually yells then asks questions later. So very hard to have to have a conversation with him because he hears what he wants to hear.
Inconvénients
The CEO reads your emails, listens in on your conversations and marches around like the megalomaniac that he is. He screams and belittles employees, making it a very unpleasant workplace. The stress level is so high that you can feel it in the air.
