      1. Great scope of learning for beginners 2. decent clients 3. employee-friendly

      Inconvénients

      1. Bad hikes 2. Extreme favouritism at a leader level in Bangalore. They would happily let go of good employees for their favourite employee, how much ever the "favourite" one is at fault. 3. The leadership team (Bangalore) is terrible.

      Very strong company culture, supportive and positive. Very helpful in fostering each employers own growth.

      Inconvénients

      The kind culture sometimes gets in the company’s way. They could be more ambitious.
