Does not value it's staff - Avis employé Customer Advisor Argos

I worked there for 9 years and I was reduced to a 6 hour contract when I decided to go back to college. The store managers are lazy and won't work past 3 o'clock. Our hours were split into 3 hour shifts which most people spent on travel.
