      Good Technical exposure. Good events. Good salary compared to other places in Gujarat.

      Inconvénients

      Too much partiality by all management people there. Too much politics. Based on their favourite people's reviews, they may judge and appraise you. Your future depends on how well you can keep the manager happy.
