      Avantages

      Great perks and salary. Great colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      Mostly to do with upper management and the new CEO. No proper direction, priorities shift every quarter, impossible expectations for short term profits, quickly give up on projects and people even when results are good, all around confusion on what to focus. Sacking a whole team just because the quarter goals changed is also terrible, specially when the project has good results and you are always very loud on "we are profitable, we are privately owned, we are in a good place"

      Avantages

      Great people, good, kind and want to work together Everyone wants to win here but not at a cost

      Inconvénients

      Employee base is global meaning there are time differences and at times some teams are still figuring out how to work best asynchronously

      Avantages

      Management - the leadership team at Arkadium walks the walk when it comes to leading by example and being transparent with the rest of the organization The People - Everyone is smart, kind, and respectful. It is extremely rare to hear of employees not getting along. The Products - Who wouldn't want to work at a company where we create fun while having fun?! The Culture - There is a genuine culture of care at Arkadium. I have worked here for nearly 6 years and, as funny as it sounds, there have been some years where our CEO has wished me a happy birthday before my own parents.

      Inconvénients

      Time zones can be challenging at times as we have offices in New York and Lisbon + remote employees around the world.
