Not the usual fun working environment. Therapists are driven and focused on patients (a good thing!), but that doesn't leave much time to socialize which I missed at previous companies, After COVID no one had gotten raises in years, when asked about pay increases, finance team deflected.

The CFO does the hiring and has no apT background. Makes you feel greedy and unthankful for asking marker value wages. No pay increases in years including no hazard pay during the pandemic
