      gives you good tools to begin learning the ins and outs of the company with in terms of online courses

      Inconvénients

      on-boarding is very weak, the supervisor was not clear on what he expected and wanted you to figure out everything by yourself.

      Avantages

      Working at Arup was a great experience, surrounded by smart, motivated, and mission-driven peers.

      Inconvénients

      This may have since improved, but at least previously, the America's region felt rather second-class compared to UK. Most/all senior leadership, even in the US, was British.
