      Avantages

      Looking backwards, I stayed too long. Good that it finished.

      Inconvénients

      Middle management intimidated by smart and intelligent employees and they need education about taking decisions. No learning/progressing plans for employees. Acceptance of long period of bullying by HR and Top Management in R&D Sweden. No corrective actions taken.

      We feel that this comment is not accurate. We have no senior project manager hired in the last year and no promotion of an employee that has been with the company for 25 years during this time. So, if the employee has been employed "less than a year" it is not accurate. There is also no sign of bullying within the organisation. Bullying is absolutely not tolerated at Ascom

      Avantages

      Awesome place to work. Great culture and balance between work and home. Bosses LISTEN. Company is always trying to improve.

      Inconvénients

      Growing slowly, a lot of pressure to improve rapidly but resources are low. Frustrating.
