Avantages
The company is genuinely serious about D&I (that is what the one star is for)
Inconvénients
Worked here for 3 years and it was my graduate job. - you are expected to work overtime regularly and it is imposed without consideration of your personal life commitments and wellbeing. - majority of tasks are admin related and you are like an assistant to the lawyers you’re working for despite having the same or more qualifications as them. - you are not paid nearly as much as you should be for all the work you put in. - you are put on work that you know nothing about background wise and are expected to get it done to tight deadlines and everyone is too busy to help you. - no one takes account of your career goals and areas of interest. If work comes in then you have to do it. - no one takes account of your capacity and how busy you are, or your general mental and physical wellbeing. - managers are as busy and demotivated as you are unless they are in the friend group at management level. - if you make one error in your work you are coming crucified for it and made to feel worthless, even though its not said in a shouting way or with bad language. The one mistake give you a reputation of being incompetent for all other work you could be involved in. - the resourcing team take more work on than there is analysts available. - there is a revolving door situation- there is high turnover but the solution seems to be to just keep hiring more naive graduates.
