Perspective commerciale
Avantages
- Flexible and a good starting point for fresh grads as software eng or frontend devs. - Friendly environment - able to work independently and allowed to have the freedom to use your own implementations - able to make decisions within your work scope given your manager allows you. I was lucky that I got to work with the most friendly people! - I think this place is one of the good starting place and its a very friendly environment
Inconvénients
- I think the only con is obvious that there is little pay raise and no aws or any bonus when I was there - very little perks
