The work environment is deeply toxic — built on micromanagement, fear, and endless blame. Leadership has no trust in their teams, and employees are managed with excessive control over even the most basic tasks. There is no autonomy, no room for initiative, and absolutely no psychological safety. The company culture thrives on blame-shifting — when something goes wrong, it’s never a process issue, it’s always someone’s fault. Public shaming, finger-pointing, and behind-the-back criticism are normalized. Worse, there’s a rampant gossip culture across teams. People constantly talk about one another — including their own managers — instead of addressing issues directly. There’s a complete lack of professional boundaries or emotional maturity. The workplace feels more like high school than a functioning organization. Other issues include: • No recognition for effort — only criticism when something isn’t perfect. • Management rewards loyalty over merit. • HR is absent, ineffective, or simply unwilling to act. • Turnover is extremely high, and morale is dangerously low. • Mental well-being is openly disregarded. If you’re hoping to grow, collaborate, or be respected — this is the wrong place
