Timelines can be tough to deal with due to having bespoke projects and unforeseen issues can arise easily Work can sometimes fluctuate with when new projects come in

Staff apart from management were great to work with but poor management really lets the company down. I understand why they have such a high staff turnover rate and the staff that stay don't particularly have much fondness for management.

The most uninspiring management who were individuals who will not even spend 5 minutes trying to motivate or get to know you. All they really cares about is sales and try to sell to you that they are there to "innovate". No understanding of the product development process. Quick to take credit, quick to lay blame Major blame game culture Little to no training offered Little to no transparency Will not take any suggestions on board High turnover of staff is a massive red flag for any company
