Avantages
Fast decision making since there is no proper hierarchy, no board to make decision usually it's just one or 2 people making decision hence no red tape.
Inconvénients
1. Use of time tracker even on own laptop working at the office. 2. Micromanagement 3. Inconsistencies i.e one will have 3 months probation while another 6 months and another 12 months 4. Extension of probation for no proper reason 5. They termine contracts if one is pregnant they always find a reason to terminate one contract. 6. Selective on who works from home and who does not. 7. No salary structure, experience does not matter. Same qualification same job different salary 8. No Job security, they terminate contracts every month and advertise every month. 9. The bussiness feels like scam from inside. Its more of making money than quality services. 10. High use of cheap labor, American company with many employees from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Zambia and Malawi with very low Salaries 11. No room for innovation. 12. 3 or 4 months show, all decisions are made by 2 or 3 people. 13. No transparency, no audit reports, no structure for allowances. 14. Shady employees survives, if you try to say the truth they immediately find a reason to terminate your contract. 15. They employ more workers who are less likely to open up about the harsh work environment. 16. No structure, same person makes decisions on academics, same person on HR issues, same person on operation issues, same person on finance issues. 17. Use your own laptop even when working at the office, only few have office laptop yet the company sells laptops
