In response to this need, Executive Management is currently taking measures to empower managers and ensure the seamless operation of each department, fostering a well-coordinated and efficient work environment. 3. While Astria Learning does appreciate and celebrate individual and team achievements, there is room to expand opportunities for employee recognition and rewards.
