Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.

There are no meaningful pros to highlight. The work environment lacks growth opportunities, support, and stability, and employees are frequently placed on PIPs without proper guidance or development. The experience may clarify what you do not want in a future workplace, but beyond that, there are no real advantages to note.
