      Avantages

      Interessante projecten: er is nog werkelijk onderzoeksbudget, verbeteringsprojecten ipv de zoveelste kostreductie. Wereldwijde afzetmarkt van de producten, dus er is wel degelijk een impact. Veel specialisten aan boord, dus veel expertise om projecten op hoog niveau te voeren: software-ontwikkelingen, (stromings) mechanica, produtie tools.

      Inconvénients

      Goede startlonen, maar na 4 jaar komt er niets meer bij. Enkel nog de wettelijke index. Veel beloftes, maar niemand komt na de eerste 4 jaar nog vooruit qua loon. Amper firmawagens, en een oninteressante regeling. Bedrijf is bijna onberijkbaar tenzij je met de fiets kan komen. Slechte IT tools.

      Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

      Avantages

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Inconvénients

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
