      Long conversion to permanent time Unclear end date since the assignment was open ended Compensation was low

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Inconvénients

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
