Tons of learning opportunities, and the pay is what you make of it - if you put in the work, you will reap the reward. Solid benefits. Surrounded by colleagues who are curious, smart, driven and excited by the company's momentum.
Inconvénients
It's a start-up, which means a fair amount of pivoting and a dash of chaos. I enjoy every day being different than the former, with flexibility on how to navigate challenges. Some people don't.
