Everything else. Teams are under resourced, job descriptions are not accurate, and the decision makers at HQ are extremely cold/mean to people.
Multiple roles including mine were bait & switches. This company says one thing in the interview process, and then the role itself turns into something completely different.
Many people are working multiple roles here. It's not a healthy environment for some.
