-If you work hard you can earn a great salary and you can quickly progress in the company. This company does not discriminate on age so no matter how young or old, you are able to progress. -I was able to manage a team of 5 people which was new experience for me at the age of 23 and this taught me some valuable lessons. -Great working atmosphere - the company relies on you networking and socialising with many people in the business, making it a very social job and all the people i spent time with were friendly and keen to offer advice.

-I was required to work on saturdays which was hard at the beginning because i haven't done this until now, but this got easier with time. -Very social job so unless you have had previous experience in this industry, the first few days may feel a little strange, but the people will help you to fit in.

I honestly can't think of any. If you don't find this a great opportunity is just because you are not looking at it from the right angle​. If you feel like you're putting in too many hours or not getting paid enough all you have to do is realise that success is sweet but it has a scent of sweat about it.
