      Still learning how to be a larger organisation but a very supportive work place with a strong members first focus

      Avantages

      Immediate team were great to work with. Exciting and privileged working opportunities only accessible at this scale (of capital).

      Inconvénients

      Culture has materially deteriorated with heavy attrition across the investments department. No prospects for further development and promotions scarcely awarded to people, no support for juniors for training/development and no meaningful strategic direction given exiting CIO. Burned me out insanely
