      A great supportive culture where lots of colleagues have families and understand each other's needs outside of work

      Inconvénients

      From an operations perspective, systems and ways of working are very dated for financial services and require significant uplift. This is underway but it is a long journey. Investment returns are lagging.

      Avantages

      Immediate team were great to work with. Exciting and privileged working opportunities only accessible at this scale (of capital).

      Inconvénients

      Culture has materially deteriorated with heavy attrition across the investments department. No prospects for further development and promotions scarcely awarded to people, no support for juniors for training/development and no meaningful strategic direction given exiting CIO. Burned me out insanely
