None at all as mangers do not respect good staff

If you sit on your bum & do nothing you get a big pat on back but if you do your job & the job of the person sat on their bum you yet disrespected & pulled down. The mangers have no thought or respect for any of the good staff there . No wonder staff leave

Attempting to overhaul their reputation, following on from publicised loss of services in Sheffield during Covid. General team working culture is inclusive with most people supportive of one another. Although there’d been teething problems with some new services, once ironed out, staff days of working mostly organised within teams.

A minor amount of staff have been known to spread unsavoury or unprofessional commentary, which can (and at times has) set a precedent for expectations of such toxic behaviours around new staff. Some non-compliance with effective safe proportionate practical and procedure and policy following. Both in the local council standards and the company’s standards being let down. This has meant some things have not been dealt with professionally and safely and effectively, whereas it may have been under previous and/or other management.
