Avantages

Unfortunately there is no pros

Inconvénients

• Leadership can be confrontational and dismissive when concerns are raised. • Management often ignores urgent issues, forcing employees to escalate multiple levels before action is taken. • Expectations are unrealistic and not aligned with available resources, leading to unsustainable workloads. • High-pressure environment with understaffed teams, causing stress and burnout. • Feedback is sometimes delivered publicly and unprofessionally rather than constructively. • Employee contributions and successes may go unrecognized, even when delivering high performance. • Lack of clear strategy and support for recruiting or operational priorities creates confusion and frustration.

Avantages

Really care about their drivers and staff Room to grow and learn Support you, even when you make mistakes They'll invest in you if you're invested in them Acknowledgement of high performers Leaders that are tough but fair Colleagues that support and care Professional development opportunities Never treats drivers like a number Care about the quality of their work/strive for greatness Treat men and women equally

Inconvénients

Demanding, fast paced work like all driveaway. Always on call Sometimes goals are too far reaching and once they are set, they don't change Data driven but data may not be accurate Tolerate poor employees and assume the good ones can make up for it, when everyone knows who is underperforming Afraid to address toxic employees Leadership doesn't fully understand the job Other departments get too much influence in operations

Avantages

The drivers are the nicest people you’ll meet

Inconvénients

-understaffed -drivers and office staff are woefully underpaid compared to market value -you’ll get questioned for every penny in spending -unable to take sick days -only place I’ve worked that had loops and hurdles for bereavement pay -management will withhold work and pay from drivers if not cooperative -new process ideas are shot down. “It works so it doesn’t need fixing”
