We are disappointed to hear your personal comments specifically about Chris and your view of the morale of the entire Company. The Board of Directors would very much welcome a face-to-face meeting with you to hear more about these concerns and your insights on where you believe the direction of the Company is wrong. You reference that ‘all’ staff have their heads down. This does appear to be in direct contrast to both solicited and unsolicited formal and informal feedback received. A great working environment with an interesting product. New team members are bringing fresh perspectives to the business and helping to challenge established ways of working.
Inconvénients
It is widely understood among employees that there is a group of individuals who target new starters when their views differ from the established way of thinking. Since joining, I have seen the business trying to move away from old ways of working and towards a new operating model, but progress is often held back by deeply entrenched knowledge and individuals who appear resistant to change.
Over the four years I have been here, it has been disappointing to see new people struggle to succeed in what can feel like a toxic culture created by a small number of individuals. Anyone considering joining the company should think carefully about where they would report into and be aware that some people may present well in front of the executive team while behaving very differently behind the scenes.

We appreciate you posting your insights. We'd like to encourage you to speak with a member of the People team so that we can gain further insight to the observations and comments you have made.
Previous CEO was inspiring and there is a hope that current CEO will learn from him.
Most of the staff still friendly but may not remain friendly in future.
Some staff can get paid without any productive work so good place to work for Idle/dossy people.
Some leaders (senior manager, VP etc.) working in AutoRek for 15 years; working same tech and do not know the latest tech, so better if you do not want to improve yourself.
Inconvénients
Small company but leaders need to do worst politics to survive and if you are lower position then you will be slaughtered. For Example, Some projects were created by Product Development VP to tackle/play politics with consultant team and no output and cost at least 2-3 people's 2 years.
Conflict with Consultant and product development team.
Working with old tech and no room for development.
Product team has not output and they are always busy and consultants face significant difficulty.
Some consultant are trained to lie to the customer.
I feel I wasted a lot of time working in this company and my life improves a lot after leaving AutoRek.
