State of the art - Avis employé Production Manager Autobahn Collision

Awesome facility, state of the art repair equipment, a great mixture of dealer and insurance work. Air conditioned shop. Current employees help provide what feels like a family atmosphere. Very knowledgeable management.

Not a lot of challenges besides the fact of being a new shop trying to pave the way in the industry while developing great relations with customers, insurance companies, and dealers.

Very nice building and many of the people in the shop were great at their job and just overall great people.

Owner has no clue! 3 GM’s in 7 months. GM #1 was good, advanced the business, brought in new customers. GM #2 was totally clueless how to manage. GM #3 claimed he owned 26 body shops, obviously based on his management style we know why he doesn’t own those shops anymore, total failure. Currently has a very bad reputation. Front office and upper management are very unprofessional. The promise of pay plans are not what they are. If you decide to work there be sure EVERYTHING is in writing and signed.
