      Avantages

      It’s a good start for entry level, fresh out of school students who wanna get some experience in the biotech industry.

      Inconvénients

      - The turnover is very high. - “Leadership” as they refer to themselves can’t lead squat. - They mismanage finances and make do by allocating money owed to employees for other things. - All the company cares about is expanding and hiring as many people as they can, but can’t keep up with what accounts they already have.

      Avantages

      L'équipe est très sympathique et tout le monde travaille dans un sens. Le leadership est à portée de main et s'implique activement. Les produits sont incroyables et servent une industrie très importante. Salaire concurrentiel.

      Inconvénients

      Pourrait utiliser des outils / ressources / outils supplémentaires.

      NONE. Zero. Nothing. Negative. Nope.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership is horrible and only cares about making money. They do not care about the safety of any of their employees. They cannot meet pay roll for many many months (still on going). Please do not work here. Avoid at all costs.
