      You will always have work.

      Inconvénients

      It's been very unorganized. Doesnt have a home shop for the company, works soley out of collision shops. they expect you to force shops to do calibrations.

      Very flexible in terms of days off.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are insanely expensive specially if you have a family. Random changes of pay structure and no yearly raises.
