      Avantages

      None. The owner does not value his employees...only is Million dollar motor home and big house he flaunts. He screwed his dad in business.

      Inconvénients

      The owner is 100% clueless and runs a culture of fear. Product is 20yr old and due to owner incompetence they have failed for 8ys to develop a new product. Autosoft is an industry laughing stock. The owner Bryce know is company is trash and is scared to go to industry events...pathetic!

      I enjoyed working with many exceptional people.

      Inconvénients

      New senior management took the company in the wrong direction, though I believe many of those new leadership have since left.
