Management was always positive & supportive (to a flaw). Good team cohesion and comradery.
Inconvénients
Overcrowded office, management and leadership will tell you "you're doing all the right things" and the outlook is positive, then one idle Monday morning might be your last. No negative feedback, criticism, or guidance to improve, just "keep doing what your doing". Sales cycle is very slow leading to extreme swings in performance quarter to quarter. Territories are more or less suggestions, and account information (company size & locations) are wildly inaccurate, but nothing will be done about it. Company outlook is likely on a downturn as Microsoft can create & sell similar or the same solutions AvePoint offers at any given time.
