      Its a Big corporate system-driven company. so you can expect an ecosystem for your career learning & relationship building with respect to a sales position.

      Inconvénients

      Good for learning and relationship building but not for growth after a certain level. All managers (RSM) and above have 10 to 20+ years of age in Avnet but all the sales, FAE, and others barely cross 2-5 years.
