      Good benefits in terms of pay and once you know what you're doing the job is pretty routine. Good opportunities to progress if you put in the work.

      Inconvénients

      Complete lack of people skills, people in higher positions are not leaders and can't motivate a team, there's a lot of micro management

      Inconvénients

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
