      Avantages

      Global company, good biz n csr, promotes entrepreneurs, ethical direct selling. Help women become biz owner & successful. Most employees really work to grow the biz and love the company.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately got toxic people who blur line between roles, dont respect ppl, and verbally abusive to others. This spoil the good culture. I heard same person the reason few people quit already.

      Inconvénients

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
