      Avantages

      Company is financially strong and growing, having recently opened a third location in Florida. They have invested in a beautiful new workspace for their headquarters office in Easton. New ideas are encouraged and opportunities for advancement are available for motivated employees. Fantastic co-workers. Owners are very active in daily operations and genuinely care about employees. Supervisors tend to be flexible with employee schedules as long as important deadlines are met - great work/life balance opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Location in Easton both a blessing and a curse - great small town in which to live, but sometimes makes it hard to attract/retain employees.

      Avantages

      I enjoy coming in to work each day knowing that I can rely on my co-workers to not only work well with me on projects, but also make me laugh and feel welcome each day. If someone has a question about how something works, they aren't afraid to ask because they know everyone is willing to help them out. The company offers good starting pay and benefits. A major upside is their willingness to work around your schedule if something happens last minute and you need time off work, or to shift your days around. I haven't worked for a place that was as flexible as Axis on this front.

      Inconvénients

      Clarity on project specifications used to be a problem at times when I first started years ago. However internal programs have been implemented in the last few years that have improved this significantly.

      Everything. No work life balance.
