      Avantages

      Good Projects on various Game Cinematics and good for getting a lot of shots for reel.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of short term contracts are basically freelance but they want to put you on fixed so they can pay you less. Location is not the best, If you finish contract then you have to relocate, if the studio was in London or Montreal would be easier to change jobs without having to move house.

      Avantages

      Some of their work looks good.

      Inconvénients

      Bad pay, no training, poor management. They bid their projects low and you pay for it.
