Working at Azercell was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to lead and scale key digital products, most notably the Azercell mobile app, from MVP to over 2 million users. The company fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, with cross-functional collaboration at its core. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a genuine push toward modernizing processes—especially in digital and customer experience tracks. I was trusted with impactful initiatives and surrounded by passionate, talented teammates.
Inconvénients
Like any large organization, change can take time and alignment across departments sometimes slows down decision-making. However, this also taught me valuable stakeholder management skills.
