Avantages
Company has good incentives, a wide range of products & opportunity for those interested. Traditional work environment, if you enjoy the idea of a stable 8-5, same thing every day.
Inconvénients
Hostile environment for younger individuals, lack of modern-day thought processes. While the company is thriving and innovative when it comes to their products, there is no innovation when it comes to an individualized career plan. You need to be on the "same page" as the company. If you have an Entreprenurial drive/mindset, I'd suggest just creating your own business rather than drain yourself with a constant 8-5 environment.
