Avantages

- They'll hire pretty much anyone who knows what an FPGA is which make them a great stepping stone before going to somewhere you'd actually like to work. If you can handle being spoken to like you've just mastered the toilet, you can gleam a lot of knowledge from these guys. - Work life balance is great. - Hugely team dependent, but there are some genuinely nice people hidden away in the company (the team rhymes with pie).

Inconvénients

- Toxic culture. It's baked into the wireless group at Guildford. It stems from the technical authorities at the top of the company and trickles down in the majority of people that are there. The Head of Wireless allows it because they're incredibly technically competent people; close to zero in terms of social skills or any sort of thought that you're a person at the end of the day. - Team dependent again, but regular scolding in stand-up meetings. - Support is generally available but you'll be made to feel like a simpleton by some middle-aged man who is involuntarily celibate. - Zero feedback or review process; it's seem as a waste of time and a tickbox exercise.
