Poor pay, poor benefits, poor work conditions - Avis employé Engineer BAE Systems

Pay was on the low end, benefits lacking compared to other companies. Poorly managed, a lot of ethical concerns, safety issues, outdated work site. Eventually learned to expect the worst decisions to be made by management and still be surprised they could do worse than I imagined.
